First, the hullabaloo about a rocket engine exploding at the SpaceX test center was bull. It was a ground support equipment explosion in the test cell where an engine was going to be tested. They did what's called a LOX dump to check for leaks and the liquid oxygen encountered something flammable. Everything should be back to normal in about 2 weeks.

SpaceX test facility; Merlin, SuperDraco, the Raptor BTR/BFS methane engine (blue flame w/mach diamonds), a booster test, and the famous Rocket Cows! Yes, SpaceX owns the farm.
