3rd re-use of a first stage, 18th first stage landing. Should qualify F9 re-use for govt. launches. We'll see, and there may be a re-re-use coming. F9 Block 5 (later this year) should do 10 re-uses before a refurb, up to 100 flights before being expended for retirement.

Between SpaceX and Blue Origin, Old-Space launch outfits had better go back to the drawing board.
