For those unaware, 'Unbreakable' and last year's surprise success (3 weeks atop the box office and well received by critics) 'Split' took place in the same universe. 'Glass' completes the trilogy. Kevin Wendell Crum/The Beast, the 23-personality main character in 'Split', was to be introduced in 'Unbreakable' but was left out for continuity etc. The Beast, like David Dunn, is super-powered - and vicious.
