      Apart from the drivers, how about a) the latest Windows, and b) the hardware compatibility. I threw out my Marvel years ago (with regret). Remember also the codecs are hardware and are limited to 480i and 576i in an AVI format.

          You are absolutely great! Thanks a million!

          Sorry for the late answer, I was trying to get the things done.

          However, there's a problem, I hope a small one. When I try to capture with the pc-vcr utility, I am unable to capture anything bigger than 2-3 minutes It just stops recording video and records still picture.
          I was able to capture only with VirtualDub and YUY2 at 352x288.

          Do you know if it can be fixed? I honestly tried my best with win98, but it is constantly crashing.
          Finding a motherboard with AGP slot was painfully enough

            Hi,

            Your hard drive is probably formatted as FAT32.
            Convert it to NTFS and try again.

            Try iuVCR for capturing.
