Avatar Upload broken?

Avatar Upload broken?

I went to change my avatar and get "Invalid file" if I try to upload one and "Can't create temporary file" (more or less) when I link to one.

PS The pre defined ones work

Happened during the last upgrade too. Broken for me as well.
