    Question Lock-Up in NFL Fever 2000 w/ Marvel G400

does anyone know why fever 2000 locks up when i luanch it. I get an error message that says something about a bad icd. i'm kinda new to the computer gaming world but i am a sports freak. Other games like expendable, half-life and need for speed3 run fine. What is a icd?, has anyone had this problem?, why is it doing this and how can i stop it. I am scared to but NBA Live 2000 until i can solve this problem, it's really pissing me off and i can't find any help for this problem on the microsoft website.

One more thing can someone please give me some speed tips. In 3dmark2000i scored a...and please don't laugh..a 1154, which i know is like a dead turtle trying to move. I only have a k6 350 but come-on. here a small overveiw of my base system.....asus p5a mb, k6-2 350mhz 96mhz ram and a Marvel G400. Some overclocking tips for the 350 (if possible) and the g400 will highly be helpfull.
