No because splits affect quality of stock holders. One of my friends owns like 1% of the company and he's a Warren Buffet type value long term investor.
I buy stocks quarterly because it's optimal...
My favorite stock SI:SALR went from 700 to 1060 EUR in a year. They doubled profit in 2020. They also increased dividend to 55 EUR. I have single digit holding. It's still trading at around 11 P/E.

I took a sick leave this week because I've had a bit enough of everything at work. Was operating on the verge of burn out and changing of specs after I did a release at work pushed me to the point...
Go for Palantir, it's around $24 now. It's hard to trade options in Europe. My brokerage does not have them. For ibkr you need to state you have 50k in liquid net worth.
I got 20 Euro cents in nett dividends from 2 nVidia stocks I'm holding.
I have created a meme portfolio in IBKR account: AMD, PLTR, NOK :) But so far I'm not doing well with my rapid growth...
Yeah, that idea is completely retarded. Building something is possible but making it usable and then maintaining it takes an order of magnitude more resources. It's obvious to me and smart people in...
So I'm talking to CEO the other day. We have outdated CRM so I proposed we migrate to big provider. If we are selling having good CRM is not expensive.
He says to me: The new developer said he can...
Doc, that's really comforting. If worst comes to worst we can come to camp in your yard until we pull ourselves by bootstraps. :)
Everyone seems on edge here, although since it's spring, weather is a bit better and we are slowly coming out of 2nd wave outlook seems positive. We are where schools are reopened and outside tables...
I used to run Parhelia on BX with overclocked PII350@466 and then Tualatin Celeron 1.1@1.4. Parhelia is OK with overclocked AGP bus.
I would keep the PII at this point.
BX can run anything from...
In Slovenia we have local site for selling. This one works great for the most part at least in regard to computer parts. You often meet in person since it's a small country. There is also Facebook...
I pay €25 for 100/10 net. I don't have a TV. Last year had about 3 months of free internet because I switched 2 companies to my ISP. The companies got higher speed for less cost.
EDIT: the reason...
Some guy who became phone app millionaire here opened up computer museum. Bought old motorcycle shop and he's now curating old hardware collection.
I've kept my Matrox and my Thinkpad collections....
Sounds promising. The way I started looking at streaming services.
Netflix costs €8 a month or €96 annualy.
A share of SALR costs as of now €960 and pays €31.60 nett annual dividend after...
Well then, I think MURC SQL knowledge has been exhausted. Stack overflow or reddit is the next step though they will probably tell you to securely encrypt everything and don't give decryption data to...
i think your problem comes from requirement of encryption to be reversible. Could you store hashes and then another table with id hash data (varchar)? Or in some encrypted file?
I used hashes...
What are you trying to achieve?
Not expert on MS SQL, know a bit of MySQL.
Tech is related to all industries but most investments go in tech part.
I did dollar cost averaging calculations from 2000 until now

Most of my money comes from food & beverage where I work. I do a tech job in non-tech sector (for how long remains to be seen). Also 50% of my portfolio is not tech, it's pharma and insurance.
I invest in what I know. So I'm tech heavy.
With markets down, NVDA is very cheap today. I know we're pro Matrox here but they are not publicly traded.
While Arm deal seems dead in the water, the 3000 series did great. Also there is mining...
Cash, maybe dividend aristocrats to park gains.
EDIT: Also BRK-B is a good idea to put gains into when you don't know what to do with them.
Good play on the oil, they performed close to MSFT (one of best in 2020) since March without being hot tech stocks. My biggest mistake was not buying anything February - September because I had only...
My serious portfolio is still within +/- 1%. In my brokerage it's optimal to buy 700 EUR worth of local or 2700 foreign stonks in one lot to equalize percentage fee to minimum fee. So I'm buying 2-3k...
