I agree. However, I think it is the most likely outcome for now so until it turns out to be different, this I would propose as the default position.

However, it is measured in households which, I would say, is the severest stress you can apply as it is almost certain that household members will interact during any timeframe where one would be infectouous. If, and this is an if, vaccinated people spread not so much less but also for a shorter period of time, then IRL it makes a real difference (compared to frequent handwashing, masking etc. Not sure about distancing).
