    SN-15 rolls out

First of the block 1 Starships with hundreds of updates and a new Raptor engine block, intended to go to orbit. Starhopper -> SN-11 were pathfinders.

Also, 6 Raptors spotted. Poor lighting, so can't tell if they're all sea levels or if some are RVacs which would indicate high altitude testing.

Orbital Pad A is under construction with the launch mount being assembled, and the 450 foot tall Integration Tower build underway. Concrete pours for the base module very soon, and a gigantic Liebherr crane on the way to stack upper modules. They hope it'll be ready by early May.

FAA doc describing the Starship Integration Tower

    >
This new structure will be located at SpaceX's Launch Site. The structure will be approx. 0.5 miles from the beach, and within 2800' of USFWS property. Nearby airfields include the Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport.

    Description of Proposal:

SpaceX is proposing a 469' tall launch tower with 10' lightning rod to lift its new rocket and booster on the launch mount, and to catch the Super-Heavy booster upon return from launch. The tower will be constructed out of structural steel trusses to allow the mechanical arms to lift vehicles.

Shock absorption is built into tower arms. Since tower is ground side, it can use a lot more mass to arrest booster downward momentum.
