(cheap) DV card recommendation

short facts:

I need:

-firewire connectors (of course)
-basic software
-no troubles
price: ~150$

I would be glad if:

-analog video out

at the moment I think about the pinnacle Studio DV (plus?)... any good/bad experiences?
