New Intel INF Update Utility, version 2.90.007

1. Added production launch support for Intel(R) 860 Chipset.
2. Added initial support for the Windows* XP operating system in software.
3. Added support for Installshield v6.22 in the software.
4. Added fix under Windows 2000 operating system for the silent install. Installer was aborting at the end of the installation process & therefore removing all the installed INF files. This was not affecting the update of the devices.

Am I lucky or is it usual to not care about these updates? I've never had to update my INF file. I use an Asus P2B-S.

Ah xortam, but we used to change our BIOS once in a blue moon

I only updated my BIOS recently when I upgraded to a P!!!/850 FC-PGA. I don't even know if that update was necessary. I might have an easier time of things because I don't have IDE active.
