Are they any free continous looping benchmarks that will nicely stress the pc?

Yeah - prime 95 is a good tool to stress test your PC. It'll also show up little OCing problems if you have never noticed it in normal use.

I run bot matches of UT. That works sometimes too.

Just startup a multiplayer game with a bunch o' bots in it and let it go.
