  • UK Telewest Blueyonder users (Cable modem & Dial Up)

To anyone who uses Telewest's blueyonder service, and are able to get online via any other means, just to let you know you might want to look at:

    http://status.blueyonder.co.uk:888/

Their whole network is down nationwide:

The cause of the current problem is still being investigated and engineers are onsite. In addition to this there is another issue which is affecting the entire network. The network is sending out conflicting announcements from every single router for how to get to itself and every other router, some routes are unaffected however the majority are. Dial up authentication is being affected nationally, and calls are coming in from all regions reporting flashing online lights on Cable Modems.

Yeah, they've changed the status back to 'National' meaning that their whole network nationwide is still down (dial up and cable modems)... I wonder what's happened?
