  • Slot A Adapter?

    My friend in the sault wants to know if there is a slot A adapter for his K7V for a socket T-Bird...

    I didn't know so instead of say no I thought I would ask here seeing as so many of you seem to dig the Big A(MD)

    No, there aren't any slockets for AMD processors. At least none sold in North America. Possibly there might have been a few rare ones in Japan, but good luck finding those.

        Such adapter has never been done. Electrical signal issues. Maybe the same KX133 boards had running the rare slot-A thunderbird´s, so imagine it running on a socket...
