  • New technology offers chip 30x faster than 1ghz chip...

A new manufacturing technique created through a pact between Intel, AMD, Motorola, Micron and Infineon will bring processors that will complete 400 million calculations in a 50th of a second — 30 times faster than today's 1 gigahertz processors!

Man you think that is cool.. you should see what I had done in my basement at home...

(My process was ultra wicked fast (But large.. it was based on HO scale railroad pieces) but it was IMHO at least 25 times faster and triple the efficency of todays cheeseball processors

But my sisters dog peed on it and it stopped working...

Well. I have a great CPU in my head called the brain! But, my particular one is very slow! No overclocking options either

Hey LS - you can overclock it! Just drink large quantities of Coke/Coffee/Red Bull (Anything with loads of Caffeine)

Unfortunately, they aren't permanent overclocking options. My brain drops back to its original speed after some time

Apparently you never tried the good old method of upping the power, LS. Just stand next to a highly electrified fence, for instance, and put your head against it

LOL.. talking about boosting with alcohol.. I went home to visit (Next town over) and my Mom gave me a big bottle of Captain Morgan Rum... I went home.. poured a shot and downed it in a big gulp... and gagged... mom didn't tell me she had made maple syrup and put it in the bottle because she had run out of pop bottles...

                    Talk about major dissapointment...

But I haven't had a sugar high that big since my friends dared me to eat 15 sugar packets at once on a dare a few years ago
