    hi there,

just got my kt7a w/900 mhz yesterday and immediately
disposed off my old Asus P2B 350Mhz, no problem with
    POST and it runs smoothly.

my problem is with my Matrox G400TV AGP Video Cards, i
got the winME running but on the 2nd reboot the video
card encountered a conflict on the system onboard ACPI
BIOS as the error says.Clicking the details of the
error the following were on the list. I tried to
change d address but it can't be, there's a button to
change but when you click it, theres no selection.
    the errors are;

"This device cannot find any free Input/Output Range
    (I/O) resources to use (Code12)"

    Memory 00000000-01FFFFFFN USED BY:
System board extension for ACPI BIOS (appeared 2x)

    Memory 00000000-00003FFF USED BY:
System board extension for ACPI BIOS

    Memory 00000000-007FFFFF USED BY:
System board extension for ACPI BIOS (appeared 2x)

    Memory 00000000-0000FFFF USED BY:
System board extension for ACPI BIOS

those were the errors on my Video Card

    thank you

Reverse the ACPI BIOS setting and see what happens. If it's on, turn it off etc.

Have you got anything in PCI slot 1 that shares with AGP or is it open?

What does your IRQ list look like?

Paul's KT7 FAQ has alot of tips that may help. Check the Graphics Card and Instability section for details. They make mention of problems with ME in this area.
