Advice for a new mobo

Ok time to look at upgrading the mobo on my poor little server
I already have a celeron 700 in it and would like to keep the chip

Here is what I need

Dual cpu board that supports same said cpu
Raid
Here's what I would like
built in video - this is a server not a games machine
over clocking ability would be nice but not essential

Actually looking at the options, (and a secret desire to build a 3rd system) I'm also open to advice on dual any dual systems (Intel or AMD) with or without raid
