HTML/SSI Help

Could anyone guide me to any helpful sites on dealing with SSI? (specifically making a table work like frames)

Here's a tip: First write out your HTML page as one complete page. Then figure out a way to slice it up into reusable parts (I think FrontPage's common border concept is similar). Then cut and paste those parts into separate files. Then execute the proper SSI command (depending on web server and/or application server) to include the parts in your codes.

As for making a table look like a frame. Care to provide an example of what you are trying to say?
