Id has a history of releasing code, but I don't think the QII engine is out yet, let alone q3. After all, they make their money licensing that thing.

the Team Arena code will be released soon, not the engine code... that will not happen for at least another 3 - 5 years (if it ever will)? The latest engine code released so far by iD is (GL)Quake.Comment
