      AGP 2 x 8 = 16x ?

      From Intel:
AGP8X defines an optional 64-bit version of the interface targeted primarily at high-end platforms. The
64-bit applies to the data path for AGP8X Reads, Writes, and Fast Writes.
Interesting! Who wants to bet that the G800 Plus is a 64bit AGP 8x card?

Greebe: would the 64bit version of AGP 8x not provide double the bandwidth? That's what I was hinting at!

Anyone know more about this anyway?

Though, incidentally, I always thought AGP was already 64bit!
