Mpeg to asf conversion
Does anyone know where I can find a program that will convert mpeg files to asf format (a small shareware thing would be to prefer) ?

The Windows Media encoder from MS is free.

I've used it before(well, an older version), to do exactly what you want. It worked without a problem. The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't customize the res/bitrate settings, you could only choose from a number of predefined settings.
