  • Micron Sues RAMBUS!!!

Boise, Idaho, August 28, 2000 - Micron Technology, Inc., today filed suit against Rambus Inc. of Mountain View, California, in U.S. District Court in Delaware. The suit asserts violations of the Federal antitrust laws, and also asserts invalidity, non-infringement, and non-enforceability of Rambus patents pursuant to a number of different bases.

How they succeed, rambus has taken up enough of the computer industry's resources with their BS.

That makes two companies standing up to RamBust. Infinion filed against them first.

Infinion held off fileing because they 'didn't want to seem like a bully'; big company going after the little Mntn View start up. Hey I'm not even making this up, that's there own statment!!!

Ofcause the gloves came off when RamBust filed against them.

May RamBust suffer horobally, withering on the vine!! Hope I'm not being too crule.

Now Hyndai Electronics is sueing Rambus. Did Rambus actually think they could get away with sueing the big dogs without getting hammered? Even with Intel backing them (if they are), the big RAM makers could still easily take out Rambus. The fools!

I think the Seven Dramurai are as follows:

Samsung (The mother of all Rambus lapdogs)
                        Hitachi (Chickens! Wimps!)
                        Toshiba (Nancy Boys! Campfire Girls!)
                        NEC (Rambus Toadie)
                        Hyundai (Suing Rambus)
Infinion/Seimens (Suing Rambus and being sued by Rambus)
Micron (Wants Rambus Ink's Executive Staff if front of a firing squad)

                        That leaves the smaller firms.
