Gnutella suddenly giving me error messages

I am using the latest Gnutella and DSL modem, and until very recently I was able to d/l stuff no problems, and I use a personal firewall (Conseal). Again no problems until lately; now whenever I try to d/l I get the "connecting" message and then immediately afterward get "error".

And that is it. I tried reinstalling Gnutella and turning off my firewall, but still no go.

This is a real pain because everthing was fine before and i haven't done any thing, what can I do..all my config settings in Gnutella are a t default and I haven't changed a thing in my DSL specs..so what now? thoughts?
