DVDMax vs. Hollywood+ which is the best

I was thinking about buying a Hollywood+ card
mainley because I want to connect it to my Dolby Pro Logic reciever since my soundcard doesn´t have such an output.
But if the picture quality isn´t better maybe it isn´t worth it.

Well, I've seen some people with other opinions, but, for me, there was absolutely no comparison. When I got my G400, I was happy to be able to get rid of the Hollywood+, one of the reasons being it wasn't being cooperative about going in with the G400. Anyways, I started to watch Private Ryan, didn't get a minute into it before I shut it off, and figured out the problem between the G400 and Hollywood+. It simply isn't as good, while I've played mt Hollywood+ in a back to back against my friends Toshiba DVD, and you couldn't tell the difference. Also, if you have 5.1 and/or DTS, I don't think you'll get it using software (maybe I'm wrong on that, but..). That being said, when I watch a DVD on the PC, I use software, thus eliminating the pass-thru connector.
