  • Swiftech MC370 active coolers

    i finally got around my ordering glitch (they finally got around to answering my email) to get my mc370-3 active cooler,
    now it on it way...can't wait. has anyone here got one of these coolers on a coppermine? if so, what kind of gains have got out of it?
    if anyone is interested, here are the specs from swiftech

    That depends on the quality of several difference things. What would be the max your system will be able to put up with at very high FSB speeds, memory quality, and of course your cpu. Lets just say it could possibly goto 900+.

      Oops, lets not forget your HD's.
      Looks to me like you'll need to replace your memory. I'd suggest Crucial (Micron) "7E" PC133 7ns sdram... Rags has tested it to 165mHz! (I gotta say I love mine

        i'm ahead of you Greebe, i ordered the very same ram just before i ordered the cooler, 2 sticks of 128m, can't wait till this stuff arrives...

          I think the reason for the delay was due to Gabe being out of town for awhile.
