    NVIDIA marketing at work again.

  • #2
some time ago i was watching a program on telemarketing, the interviewer was talking to a veteran in the field(infomercials, mail order etc). he said the only way to sell this rubbish was to
...promise them hopes and dreams and ship 'em shit...
at that stage this guy was still working in the industry and he made this statement so unashamedly, i didn't know if i should laugh or cry. it goes to show never believe the marketing hype thrust at you by the manufactures. consumerism is not about the customer asking for what they need, its about the manufacturer telling us what we want.
oh my god, am i ranting again...?
    cheers.
