  • Aureal A3D/A2D

I just downloaded the a2d drivers from aureals website. They are suppose to make sound cards that are not compatible with a3d to work, but only with a3d 3.0 titles. I think halflife is 1.0 or 2.0 and it doesnt work. is there any otherway to make it work other than getting another sound card.

i have a SBawe 32 (model ct3980) isa sound card.

I believe you have to have EAX support on your sound card (which you don't, but if you did, you would be able to use EAX in HL/TFC anyhow).
