The Julian Sands & Marlon Brando Jor-El's seem to have found the keg too.

Apparently we've gone from stylish, modern garb to something I would expect to see in some medieval fantasy... with lots of beer.

The miniature toy figures of the Classic version wouldn't sell today.

Its all probably down to marketing.

                  I'd buy the Lara-El figurine.

That would be Lara Lor-Van, and they are (finally) using her full name in MoS. Kryptonian females use their fathers name as their last name. It's unknown if her career will be in this film or which it will be; spaceship pilot or artist. The use of Lor-Van indicates pilot. That's how she met Jor-El - testing his spaceship design.

She'll be played by Israeli actress Ayelet Zurer. Julia Ormond had to drop out.

You can tell it's been a long time since I cracked a Superman comic.

I'd still buy the figurine, though. Suppose I'll have to sculpt my own. :/
