  • "The Finder" shadow pilot

A shadow pilot is one embedded in an existing show, in this case "Bones"

Watching its rerun now, and it looks pretty good.

"The Finder" is a guy named Walter Sherman (Geoff Stults) who finds missing things, all kinds of things and people, aided by his "legal representative" Leo Knox (Michael Clarke Duncan) and his Auusie bartender/assistant Ike Latulippe (the drop-dead gorgeous Saffron Burrows)

Based on the "The Locator" books by NY essayist Richard Greener.

Fox has picked up "The Finder" for the upcoming season.

Still catching up on Bones, so it'll be awhile before I get to watch this episode. That said, I've read The Knowland Retribution, and a TV series based on the character could be good.

My wife and I saw it and both liked it. Hopefully a full blown series will be as good as the pilot.
