    at least the US side of it ... and it was quite back in time

    Roughly six million cubic feet of water tumble down the Niagara Falls every minute. But for a few months in 1969 the falls were completely dry, and last year a Connecticut man found never-before-seen photos of the historic occasion.

        so since they stopped the falls then, why did they not reshape them to make them a bit more interesting
