64mb=$49/us
128mb=$90/us
good time to go to 256mb

Hell, you can even pick up the good stuff cheap now. Crucial PC133 7.5 ns parts are at $119, and the 7 ns parts are @ $132. Not too shabby for some of the best stuff around.
