As long as you don't have proper dividers (1/2 for AGP and 1/4 for PCI) you should disable UDMA in your MoBo's BIOS !!!

Btw, 5x133=667 and not 690 ... something's wrong with your numbers, Joe ...

            Acctually it's 5*133.3 or 666

Intel is a little hesitant to openly market chips from hell. Especially with them sometimes refered to the great satan of CPUs , or the great chip satan.

ok ... you made me to:

                  (133 + 1/3) * 5 = 666 + 2/3 is about 666.666666666666666666666666666666666 ...
or rounded in a mathematical correct way: 667

                  :P

All seems ok running @666, re-installed Quake3 & UT, all ok no, no real latency probs anymore.

                    Just a real fast system.

I used to despise Intel, as i used to steer clear of there products, and i was a dedicated AMD user, had a K5 & K6/2, but since the Coppermine & Celery have arrived, its changed my mind.

                        Woohoo bring on the MHZ.

P.S will still bu a AMD, when the next Gen ATHLON's arrive
