At the Las Vegas NAB (National Association of Broadcasters) show last week lensmaker Carl Zeiss introduced a series of cinematography lenses for digital SLR's. They'll be compatible with a range of Canon EF, Nikon F or Arri PL mounts.
A set of prime lenses will set you back $21k while a single zoom will run $3k
