Millennium II and widescreen

Hi

Im currently building a linux box with a Sun Blade 100 system. Its onboard graphics adapter (ATI rage XL) does not support widescreen resolutions and the only monitor I have available is a widescreen (1440x900). The millennium II is one of the few cards that work on an UltraSparc system and I am able to find the card for <$10 at ebay.

Will the millennium II be able to support the widescreen resolution of 1440x900 in linux???

If I remember correctly, the Mill II can do 1280x720 but you may need to insert a modeline.
