Help Matrox DVD Player not working?

Hello

I have just built a system around the Cumine 500e, and @ all FSB speeds the Matrox DVD player will not work, it comes up with a message saying that somthing is using the DVD drive, when you try and runa DVD, but nothing is running that would effect playback.

Any ideas?
