  • Win2000(2195) internet problem!!!

    I don't know why i can't connect to the internet with Win2000(2195).
    The problem is that win2000 change automatically every time my password?????????
    I change it and every time i click the ok button it change it automatically???????
    What the ......!?1!!?
    Any advice is welcome .

    I think Win2k is just filling in the extra blank spaces with * so noone can see the true length of your password. Don't pay attention to the apparent length of your password in the box. If, however, you are actually having trouble connecting to the internet, the problem is something else...

      Its exactly what happens with my password and win2000...the last ones adss extra ****** in my password.
      I'm using beta versions of my modem for win2000 ....maybe this is the problem.(i have a Diamond SupraExpress 56e PRO and i'm using their lastert win2000 drivers but there are beta!! Anyway i'll try again
