Man Kills Self Before Shooting Wife and Daughter
This one I caught in the SGV Tribune the other day and called the Editorial Room and asked who wrote this. It took two or three readings before the editor realized that what he was reading was impossible!!! They put in a correction the next day.

In Antwerp dialect, the phase could be used by the police: "ot da ier nog langk go duure, got da ier rap gedoan zin", or translated: "if this is going to take much longer, it will be finished soon".
(where the last part should read: "we will put an end to it quickly")

To mock the a particular region: "Sports plane crashes on cemetary in ... Already 200 bodies recovered."

One I remember from following a course on Investment Theory: "Bond Prices Possibly Set To Move Sharply Either Way". That was the title of a big article in the NYT I believe.
