Serious MB-trouble *I think*

Shit, I'm totally stuck on this one, maybe cos I'm kind of a newbie, but I'm hoping u guys will help me anyway.

I had a G200 and for some reason I decided to use one of the bios update programs from this site. Anyways, my computer freezes during the flashing process, and now the system simply will not boot with and AGP-board anymore.

What's the problem?!
