Trouble with MGA G400

Hey guys…..
First of all, you have to excuse my English language.
Secondly I have some trouble with my MGA G400 32mb DH retail Version, the problem is that I noticed with Powerstrip e/o MGA Teweak, that the frequency of the chip G400 is set to 119Mhz and the speed of the on board SGRAM is 159Mhz, this value are different from that one by default 125Mhz & 166Mhz respectively.
I hope that someone can help me understanding what is happening to my Video Card.

Thats okay, the core and memory I was told have a 5% margin for error so you're current speed is okay.
