    Can anyone explain me what does spread spectrum, delayed transaction mean?

    I´m really in the dark here

    Spread spectrum will slightly vary the clock frequency so that your PC is not constantly producing EMI (electro magnetic interference) at the exact same frequency. It was basically developed so that people can pass their products against government regulations of the maximum EMI output. Because the frequency is changing, it interferes with that frequency less.

    I always turn spread spectrum off, but it helps my company get products out the door.
