  • What it takes to win in the Olympics

Phelps was 3 or 4 feet behind at 5 feet from the finish and WON!
The Serbian guy, Milorad Cavic, wasn't exactly robbed. But, gee whiz, what's a guy got to do to win...

Strangelly related to the topic was a past interview with our recent gold medalist in shot-put (BTW, new interview, right after winning, has already become a legend - almost orgasmic reporter vs. new gold medalist that cools the reporter down for 3 minutes or so - "it's not cosmic, it's shot-put"; ou, and apparently he calls the ball "bitch"/etc., which was somewhat heard while throwing )

One particularly good quote was something like "shot-put is the only normal sport during olympics - you're free to have a bite or beer" :>
