taskbar gone

Ever since I put in this G400 max I lose my taskbar only after the monitor powers down in sleep mode. If I run the system for the monitor never to power down and always have the screen saver running its ok. The taskbar remains.

Whats the deal! I'm running an nec e950 monitor on a fic motherboard pa2013.

did you try the "reset display on resume" option on the monitor tab in the advanced display option dialouge???
