This looks like a really good deal just keep in mind it looks like Vegas 8 only, not including DVDA 4.5, which is necessary if you need the AC3 encoding as installing that application activates AC3 encoding in Vegas.
You can get DVDA4.5 if you need that functionality for $50 though.
