There are rumblings about Hitachi, Toshiba, and Fujitsu combining forces to start a new hard drive company. The margins just are not there anymore to have too many competitors in the marketplace, so this seems like a wise move.

We haven't able to confirm this, but we've heard it now from a couple of people: Hitachi, the Japanese conglomerate, is talking to Toshiba and Fujitsu about forming a new company dedicated to hard drives and storage systems.
    Might look something like this?

    Q9450 + TRUE, G.Skill 2x2GB DDR2, GTX 560, ASUS X48, 1TB WD Black, Windows 7 64-bit, LG M2762D-PM 27" + 17" LG 1752TX, Corsair HX620, Antec P182, Logitech G5 (Blue)
    Laptop: MSI Wind - Black
