Voodoo 2 SLI Question

I used to have an orchid voodoo 2 12mb installed in my comp using the diamond monster drivers. I also have a 12mb creative labs voodoo 2 in another comp. I have placed the orchid card with the creative card in order to sli them, using the latest creative drivers.

It appears to be working but is there a program or something to find out if they are working properly as i realise the 2 voodoo 2 cards are supposed to be the same make.

Is SLI supposed to yield 1024x768?
