my System PLL Clock are 315.00MHz
    Graphics Clock 157.50
    Memory Clock 210.00
    WARP Clock 157.50

Is that all you need to know???
I see lines in my game when I run it at that settings it is not bad just little lines. I mean cmon I have some serious cooling going on with this hihe fan, Please Help me..

De-Overclock your G400MAX. If the lines go away, it means your card isn't stable at the overclocked setting you tried. It doesn't matter how much you cool it if you're exceeding the spec of the memory or core.
Also, having a big fan blowing in works "ok", but it adds up to a LOT of dust, and in my current case, which has 3 case fans, my case is cooler than when i had my older case with 1 case fan and a large fan blowing in. Its all in the ventilation.

All MAXs are not created equal. I have owned two and they had greatly different overclocking potential. Your lines are certainly the result of overclocking.

Also, your DELL case has excellent ventilation as it is stock. If you want to increase the cooling on the MAX, tape an 8-cm fan on top of a small box (for example Children's Tylenol) and tape both on the inside floor of your case so that the fan blows on the cards. There is a cool air intake in this area under the primary HD. This helps cool the cards alot. You can also buy a higher capacity fan (I think it's a 9-cm) to take the place of the one behind the processor.
