    I can't believe this....

    1-It takes litterally forever to copy files

    2-Telnet is disabled, I must go to control panel to install, I tried that and it gives me an error saying it cannot be installed!!!!


    Sheeeesh, going third party!

    I've seen something called putty reccomended. http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/

      Grab the Vista performance pack. Search the forums, they are in here somewhere. That will fix most of the file copy problems.

          First problem is a known bug and has been fixed.

          Second issue is probably because you need to run it as administrator. But that is just a guess.

            I did apply the fix, and it's still not as fast as XP, it's like it stalls for a while then continues, then stalls some more etc. Hoping SP1 will fix this.

            You are probably right about the admin access, I will see what I can do.
