  • ok to run asp/.net and perl sites on same IIS6 server?

Sorry if this is a dumb question.

I have a Win2k3/IIS6 server running a single site implemented in asp/.net. I want to add a second site (using host headers to differentiate as the IP will be the same). This second site already exists on a separate Apache2 server and uses Perl 5.8.4.

Is it ok to just install Perl on the server? I can't see any problems, but can't take a chance.

    TIA

No problems at all as long as Perl gets registered as a web extenstion in IIS 6.
