  • java midlet on XP

    Hello,

I'm using a IBM WebSphere Everyplace Midlet Environment 6.1 to run java midlets in Windows XP and Vista. This works quite well, but has some downsides: the resolution of the midlets appears fixed in 300x400, and I cannot run 2 midlets at the same time.

Anyone know of alternatives to achieve this?

    Thanks!

Ok... I tried the Sun Wireless toolkit. Personally, I don't like the supplied skins (that are meant to resemble phones)... BUT it is quite easy to make a custom skin. This customization includes resolution; so I'll make a simple one in 800x600 or so.
I also have the impression it is possible to start a .jad file from a commandline interface, thus implying multiple midlets can run at the same time.
