Well, assuming you have an ABit motherboard or some other board with soft CPU setup in the BIOS, you just go in and increase you frontside bus to 112, which would move you from 5.0x100=500mhz to 5.0x112=560mhz for a decent boost. Assuming it works, you can try 5.0x117=585 if your board supports it, or if you're particularly lucky 5.0x124=620mhz.
Shrug, its really more than can be said in a little message like this, go search the web and you'll find a lot of info.
Nothing particularly hard about it, just do it one step at a time, test to make sure its stable, if its not, try increasing the voltage slightly, and repeat until you get a stable system at the maximum speed your processor will cope with.

Easy as pie. Disabled "Speed Error Hold" or Speed Check hold, or some variant thereof in your BIOS. Should be under the custom CPU speed section.
If you DO have that disabled though and it still won't work, its possible either your CPU, your RAM, or some other component just can't handle overclocking.
        Such is life =)

            sigh..no prib o/c to 550 but at 550
when i play the matrox techdemo.. funny images appears, lines, colour distortion.

i touch the heat sink of my G4 dualhead and it's really hot (cant stand for more than 10 secs)
think i need to get a cooler for the agp card?
which brand is good? tips for the green horn?
